PRODUCT PRICES
All prices on this website are in Euros and include VAT. for countries subject to VAT. (for Greece 24%). All prices may be adjusted, while bids may apply to selected products.
INSTALLATION - ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
The user can place his order electronically or by phone. Then he will receive from NICOL a newsletter confirming all the details of the order (if the products he / she wants to buy are available). The user will be informed in detail of all stages of his order. NICOL reserves the right to reject an order in certain cases, e.g. if the Bank does not authorize the transaction through the user's credit card. If the user wants to change an order after it has finished (eg the same shirt in another color), contact NICOL by phone at 2103008433 or send an e-mail to nicolshopping@gmail.com.
PAYMENT METHODS
The online store www.nicolshop.gr accepts the following payment methods:
1) PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD
The payment will be charged and will be received from the user's account as soon as NICOL receives its order and checks its details. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the entity issuing the user card refuses to give NICOL a payment authorization, the latter can not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order. NICOL makes every reasonable effort to make the site as safe as possible.
All credit card transactions on its website are processed using PIRAEUS BANK's payment technology, which encrypts the user's card details in a secure host environment.
In addition, NICOL makes every reasonable effort, insofar as it can, to keep the details of the order and payment confidential, but without negligence on its part, is not responsible for any loss to the user.

Up to 10 interest-free installments for purchases over 100 Euros can be used.

The order will be sent as soon as the deposit is confirmed.
After 5 (five) business days the order is automatically canceled without any warning.
4) REPLACEMENT (FOR DELIVERIES IN GREECE)
Orders are sent with Elta Porta Porta courier.
INSURANCE
NICOL insures every order throughout the shipment and is delivered to the user. Once the user signs up for the receipt of the order and then the responsibility is his own.

Delivery time
NICOL undertakes to send the products from its distribution center no later than two (2) business days from the completion of the order, provided they are available. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed from (next) Monday. The products are delivered with a courier company at the address chosen by the user.
The delivery time of the order is 1 to 3 days, depending on the geographical area of the recipient.
