Our website www. nicolshop. gr strictly applying the principles of personal data protection, as provided by the International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, Decree 131/2003) as well as by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) that regulates issues related to distance selling and the relevant provisions of the Greek law (Law 2472/1997) for the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data personal data as supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Decree Laws 207/1998, 79/2000, Article 8 of Law 2819/2000 and European law with Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC, expressly declares that it will not make any improper use of your personal data and in no way disclose, discloses, sells, leases or exchanges your personal data and the information you submit to any third party. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
In order to carry out any transaction through the e-shop and place an order with the company's products, the disclosure of certain personal data will be requested from the customer's side.
What data is collected in the online store?
When placing the order, identification and contact data such as the following will be requested:

• Billing address of the order (if different from the shipping address)
• Address for sending the order - Contact telephone number (mobile and/or landline)
• E-mail address (optional for visitors customers / mandatory for customers with an account in the online store)
The company processes customer data in compliance with the application of article 7A par. 1 (b) Law 2472/1997, for the purpose of implementing the order placed by each customer and in no way will they be disclosed, published or sold to third parties, unless the procedure established by the legislation on the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
A) The authorized employees of the e-shop who are responsible for the execution & invoicing of the customer's order as well as for the fulfillment of all obligations arising from the contract between the customer and the e-shop.
B) The online store cooperates with payment & transport service providers (for example banks, money transfer services such as Paypal, transport and courier companies etc. ) necessary for the conduct of business activity and/or the securing of data and/or the service of the users of the online store.
Providers of electronic payment services have access to the personal data of the customer's order, if they are necessary for the operation of their services.
Providers are obliged to use personal data in accordance with this privacy statement and the data protection laws of the Greek legislation.
The credit card details used by customers are NOT STORED in the online platform of the e-shop.
The online store cooperates with companies that provide courier services (courier) in order to move and deliver online orders to its customers.
Courier service providers have access to the personal data of the customer's order, if they are necessary for the operation of their services.
Courier service providers are obliged to use personal data in accordance with this privacy statement and the data protection laws of Greek law.
The online store makes use of the customer's information sent during the online order in order for its staff to contact the customer about:

The data kept in the file may be communicated to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities at their lawful request and in accordance with the legal provisions in force at the time.
The customer has, within the framework of the legislation on telecommunications privacy, the rights of information and objection provided for in Articles 11 to 13 of Law 2472/1997.
You hereby give your explicit consent to the collection and processing of the above personal data, without which we cannot offer you our services, and you may revoke or modify it at any time (Article 2 (k) of Law 2472/1997 and Article 7 of Regulation 679/2016). We reserve the right to change the terms of protection of personal data without notice, in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
The online store www. nicolshop. gr keeps the personal data as long as the Customer is active, and in case of inactivity and no transaction with our store, they are kept for a period of five (5) years, and the settlement will be made every January regardless of the date of collection of the customer's personal data.

In particular, we take all appropriate and suitable organisational and technical measures to ensure the security of the data and to protect it from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access and any other form of unlawful processing, such as e. g. gradual access to personal data, security of the premises where a physical record of personal data is kept, destruction of all documents containing personal data, so that it is not possible to obtain any information, while the network is protected by Firewall and NAT, data encryption, while there is also controlled access of each user with a different Username - Password and SSL/TLS certificate of LetsEncrypt.
However, www. nicolshop. gr does not guarantee the security of data transmitted over networks to the extent that the protection of such data cannot be achieved by taking appropriate security measures imposed by law and is not liable for any direct, indirect, positive, consequential, material or non-material damage that the user may suffer from accessing the Internet.
Whenever you choose, either through the online ordering process, or through the telephone ordering process, to provide us with your e-mail address and/or mobile phone number, or any other personal data, you also choose to allow us to administer and keep your personal data.
